Overview

The role involves being a Senior Account Executive at 1Password, responsible for managing strategic high-growth accounts and existing customers with 500-2500 employees, particularly within Fortune 1000 organizations. Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a strategic commercial territory, developing account and territory plans.
• Create new executive relationships with senior technology buyers.
• Identify whitespace and competitive displacement opportunities.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build consensus across large buying groups.
• Orchestrate executive presentations, discovery sessions, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with various teams to create adoption plans tied to measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations and high growth companies.
• 2+ years of substantial cybersecurity sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding $1.5M+ annual quotas.
• Strong relationships with enterprise CISOs, CIOs, and senior security leaders.
• Experience selling enterprise platforms and multi-product transformations.
• Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, and negotiation skills.

Benefits

• Annual base salary between $96,000 USD and $139,000 USD, commission-eligible.

Location
