Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute account plans that align Mixpanel's capabilities with customer business priorities.
• Develop multi-threaded relationships from practitioners to the C-suite.
• Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate forecast and keep the pipeline clean in Salesforce.
• Identify and close expansion opportunities within your account list.
• Prospect and close new logos alongside existing account management.
• Implement a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers for product demonstrations that expedite deals.
• Build pipeline across multiple sourcing channels.
• Work with Customer Success to ensure value realization post-sale.
• Provide feedback on market signals to the Product team.
• Contribute to team playbooks and share best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning enterprise SaaS accounts, including renewals and expansions.
• Experience closing six- and seven-figure deals with sales cycles of 6-12 months.
• Strong relationships with VP and C-suite levels.
• Experience using MEDDPICC in the sales process.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional deals and anticipate potential risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and able to operate with ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events.
