Senior Account Manager, Partner Success @Bitpanda

Overview

The Senior Account Manager, Partner Success at Bitpanda will excel in articulating the value of the company’s Enterprise Services to partners, focusing on business operations and user adoption. This role involves building relationships with partner accounts and implementing strategies to drive customer retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships built on trust and business operations for multiple partners from the go-live of the trading platform.
• Align cross-functionally to enhance performance planning, establish best practices, and develop end-user outreach.
• Define key business metrics, monitor, and report through business reviews, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate on solutions for customer issues and facilitate both in-person and virtual Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Own critical meetings, driving discussions and ensuring successful outcomes while addressing partner issues.

Requirements

• Native or C2 level proficiency in German and English with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in client-facing roles in SaaS or fintech.
• Project leadership experience and ability to facilitate training workshops.
• Creative problem solver and accountable team player.
