Senior, Business Intelligence Engineer @Twilio

Overview

Twilio is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to advance the quality, reliability, and strategic value of its Go-To-Market (GTM) data. This role involves designing and maintaining robust business data models to enable trusted sales analytics, reporting, data science, and AI capabilities within a remote-first work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and interpretation using advanced analytical techniques to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain automated data reconciliation and quality checks to ensure accuracy in critical reports and dashboards.
• Create compelling visualizations to communicate complex data insights effectively.
• Build and maintain data models to support GTM decisions.
• Drive automation of the business intelligence ecosystem through BI-as-Code practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data quality and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data engineering, preferably in GTM or sales analytics in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau.
• Advanced expertise in SQL and data modeling.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure data alignment.
• Proven track record of implementing data quality and testing frameworks including expertise with CI/CD.
• Strong technical communication and mentorship skills.
