Key Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture & Governance: Design, configure, and optimise Atlassian Cloud products while establishing standardised configurations and governance models.
• Drive Advanced Solutions: Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Empower Data-Driven Decisions: Create advanced Jira reports, dashboards, and planning views for various business units.
• Automate & Integrate: Build automations and integrations with other enterprise tools using 3rd party apps and REST APIs.
• Mentorship & Enablement: Conduct training for employees and advocate for Atlassian best practices.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Atlassian Cloud systems and experience in architecting them for scale.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in administering and scaling Atlassian cloud systems.
• Technical problem-solving skills with experience in Assets, advanced automation, and utilizing REST APIs.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
