Overview

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Business Value Engineer to enhance their Business Value Engineer team. The role is focused on defining, articulating, and quantifying business value across Grafana's products and services in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to uncover new opportunities for growth and profitability through personalized storytelling.
• Develop compelling ROI/TCO models that identify value areas driven by new products, emerging trends, and market challenges.
• Enable pre/post sales teams through training, content development, and support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create a unified narrative that showcases Grafana's value proposition.
• Work closely with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to define and articulate the business value of products and services.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in value management, consulting, or engineering.
• Deep understanding of building quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience collaborating with GTM leaders (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing & Finance).
