Overview

The Senior Channel Enablement Manager at Fastly will develop and deliver strategies to empower the global partner ecosystem and Channel Account Managers, enhancing their competitive edge. The position involves collaborating across teams to produce enablement content, facilitate training sessions, and drive program success, ultimately contributing to Fastly’s market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Partner Enablement Program.
• Create relevant content and manage the curriculum.
• Execute strategic initiatives in collaboration with Channel Marketing, Operations, and Program Management.
• Facilitate internal and external training sessions.
• Manage metrics to ensure program success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in channel enablement, partner training, or sales enablement within enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity environments.
• Proven ability in developing engaging learning assets like battle cards, pitch decks, quick-reference guides, and e-learning modules.
• Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual facilitation tools.
• Exceptional public speaking and experience leading virtual workshops and training sessions.
• Strong project management skills for cross-functional alignment across various teams.
• Proficiency in tracking and measuring enablement effectiveness.
