Overview

1Password is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant for a 6-month contract. This remote role within the United States and Canada involves enhancing compensation programs and ensuring equitable processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support annual compensation processes including merit, promotion, and equity cycles.
Validate compensation data and prepare analyses, reports, and recommendations.
Coordinate equity awards for new hires, promotions, and internal moves.
Conduct market pricing and internal equity analyses.
Provide compensation guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders.
Support projects focused on process improvement and pay equity analysis.
Handle sensitive compensation information with discretion.

Requirements

5+ years of compensation experience, preferably in a fast-growing or global organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Experience managing processes or projects related to compensation.
Effective communication skills to convey complex topics clearly.
High attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities.
Experience with compensation surveys and equity administration is a plus.

Benefits

1Password offers a range of benefits including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and an equity grant. Salary ranges are $136,000 to $197,000 for USA-based roles, and $112,000 to $162,000 for Canada-based roles.

This is a remote opportunity for candidates located in the United States or Canada.
