Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic analytics partner across various functional teams to identify high-impact questions.
• Define meaningful metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate performance.
• Analyze data to inform strategy, surface user patterns, and identify investment opportunities.
• Design and analyze experiments to evaluate product initiatives.
• Partner with teams to establish measurement plans for new products and programs.
• Maintain reliable datasets and build analytics foundations with dbt models.
• Establish analytical best practices and mentor teammates on measurement and data literacy.
• Explore AI-assisted tools for enhancing analytics efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of analytics experience with a proven track record in influencing strategic decisions.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to translate ambiguous questions into actionable insights.
• Expertise in defining and using metrics related to product and growth domains.
• Proficient in SQL with experience in data analysis.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and evaluation methods.
• Experience with modern analytics tools such as Metabase, Mixpanel, or Looker.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools is a plus.
