Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, or related roles.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with automation, AI, and enterprise software solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
