    Overview

    The role is for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist focused on Paid Social at Deliveroo. This position is a six-month fixed-term contract based in London, working three days a week from the London HQ as part of a hybrid work model.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end platform setup, activation, optimisation, and reporting for programmatic video and paid social across brand proposition and tactical campaigns.
    • Respond to briefs in collaboration with internal planning teams, forecasting audience reach, and recommending channel strategies to meet commercial goals.
    • Build and manage ad-serving tags, trackers, and CM360 trafficking processes for accurate performance measurement and conversion tracking.
    • Design and run A/B tests and brand lift studies to strengthen channel insights and improve campaign efficiency.
    • Deliver weekly performance updates and post-campaign analysis, translating complex metrics into actionable learnings.

    Requirements

    • Direct expertise activating and optimising media via DV360, Meta, and TikTok within a high-growth consumer-facing or D2C brand.
    • Strong knowledge of the display and video media ecosystem, with hands-on experience with CM360 trafficking and conversion tracking tools.
    • Proven quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights and structured reports.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of building trust across internal teams, platform representatives, and external agencies.
    • A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
