Overview
NICE Ltd. is seeking a skilled End User Computing Architect (EUC Architect) to design, support, and maintain end-user computing architecture, focusing on macOS management using Microsoft Intune.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the end-user computing architecture with a focus on macOS device management using Microsoft Intune.
- Manage macOS device lifecycle including enrolment, configuration, patching, compliance, and decommissioning.
- Implement and maintain macOS management policies in Intune.
- Manage Apple Business Manager (ABM) integration with Intune.
- Deploy and manage macOS applications via Intune.
- Implement macOS security controls, including FileVault and compliance policies.
- Provide third-tier support for complex endpoint and device management issues.
- Support cross-platform endpoint management across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in endpoint management in enterprise macOS environments.
- Proven experience in endpoint architecture or senior endpoint engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience managing macOS devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Experience designing and implementing endpoint management architecture.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
- Strong troubleshooting capability at the platform and architecture level.
- Experience with AI-driven tools for endpoint management improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
