Senior Events Manager @Juniper Square

Overview

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Events Manager to lead a newly formed Events function focused on strategy and execution across diverse programs within private equity, venture capital, private credit, and real assets. This role involves partnering with Sales teams to create meaningful events that foster relationships and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own an asset-class portfolio, driving pipeline targets and measuring performance against metrics such as event ROI and account progression.
• Craft the attendee journey from pre-event engagement to follow-up, ensuring each event is thoughtfully designed.
• Lead event execution, managing vendors and budgets while ensuring post-event assessments inform future strategies.
• Develop insights and recommendations on event formats and investment based on portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align event strategy with business goals.
• Maintain data integrity for event metrics and facilitate post-event follow-up actions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing B2B events or similar initiatives with a clear accountability for outcomes.
• Strong commercial orientation, with experience contributing to revenue targets.
• Proven judgment skills in prioritizing high-value work and building relationships with sales leaders.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, and event technology.
• A record of creating engaging event programs that drive attendance.
• Willingness to travel for on-site event execution.
