Senior Financial Analyst @Semperis

Overview

The role involves joining Semperis as a Senior Financial Analyst within the FP&A team, providing strategic finance partnership to leaders, and managing critical forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, monthly forecast, and budget vs. actuals processes.
• Own forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for designated P&L areas, consolidated balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Prepare cash forecast updates every other week.
• Manage FP&A-related investor reporting and deliverables.
• Assist with reporting and supporting analysis for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Provide financial guidance for assigned business areas and partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support the development and adoption of Workday Adaptive Planning and improve FP&A processes.
• Participate in strategic projects and initiatives to enhance planning, reporting, and decision support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or public accounting.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-financial audiences.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location
