Key Responsibilities

• Own customer engagements end-to-end — frame the problem, build the solution, and drive it to real commercial impact, working directly alongside customer teams.
• Apply and adapt frontier ML, forecasting, and optimisation techniques to problems that don’t have a textbook answer.
• Transform practical insights into product direction to enhance core capabilities for future customers.
• Operate autonomously across various stakeholders, making judgment calls to ensure timely project delivery.
• Stay updated with advancements in applied AI and integrate them into team practices.

Requirements

• Strong track record in applying ML/data science to real-world commercial problems, preferably with experience in forecasting, optimisation, or supply-chain/pricing.
• The ability to drive ambiguous problems to resolution independently.
• Fluent programming skills in Python and SQL, and adaptability to technical demands.
• Excellent communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity and direct customer interaction.
• Bonus: experience with agentic/LLM-based systems or building ML in production.
