Senior FP&A Analyst, Corporate FP&A @UiPath

Overview

The role involves joining UiPath's Corporate FP&A team as a Senior FP&A Analyst, focusing on financial planning, investor relations analytics, and strategic finance. This position offers opportunities for direct engagement with M&A evaluation and capital markets communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a long-term financial model projecting top-line metrics, including sensitivity analysis for board and investor scenarios.
• Build and refine SaaS valuation frameworks to support investor relations messaging and peer comparisons.
• Support M&A activity, including target screening and financial due diligence.
• Create innovative forecasting methodologies adaptable to organic and inorganic growth scenarios.
• Analyze KPIs related to product and sales performance, translating metrics for equity analysts and institutional investors.
• Prepare board decks, earnings materials, and investor relations presentations.
• Ensure quality assurance on board-level and external financial communications.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Treasury, and Legal on financial analysis for M&A opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, corporate development, or transaction advisory.
• Strong financial modeling skills with exposure to SaaS metrics and M&A analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to build complex financial models.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to present quantitative analysis clearly.
• Organized, analytical, motivated, and collaborative, with strong project and time management skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
