Senior Full Stack Engineer II - CX Offering @Forter

Overview

Forter seeks a highly skilled, motivated Senior Full-Stack Engineer II to join the Customer Experience Offerings (CXO) team. This role involves working across the full application stack - backend (Node.js, TypeScript), frontend (React, Next.js) and data pipelines, with a focus on delivering and scaling core offerings and agentic experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to technical expert for the CXO platform, establishing standards for code quality and architecture.
• Drive technical decision-making on complex systems and lead design reviews for large-scale initiatives.
• Own and deliver large initiatives, defining key success metrics and measuring project impact post-delivery.
• Identify and drive improvements to system costs, scale, and operational stability.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and drive improvements that benefit multiple teams.
• Improve team processes by proposing and leading the adoption of enhancements.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, with expertise in full-stack development including backend (Node.js, TypeScript) and frontend frameworks (React, Next.js).
• Experience leading complex multi-system initiatives and influencing technical direction.
• Hands-on experience operating data systems at high scale and familiarity with technologies like Redis, Kafka, SQS, Elasticsearch, MySQL, and Snowflake.
• Strong familiarity with AWS and cloud-native environments.
• Experience building products powered by LLMs or Agentic AI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to self-manage and drive projects autonomously.

Location

Remote; Team members based near key hubs (Tel Aviv, New York, London, Singapore) expected to work in the office at least three days per week.
