Overview

Grafana Labs is the company behind Grafana Cloud, a fully managed observability platform trusted by over 10,000 organizations. This role is for a Senior FullStack Engineer focused on the Grafana Cloud Observability department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tooling that powers cloud integrations and observability apps.
• Work across the full stack: Frontend with TypeScript/React, Backend with Golang.
• Ship features end to end, from UI to backend services.
• Own projects from problem statement to production.
• Contribute upstream to Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana Alloy.
• Join the on-call rotation for the services owned.

Requirements

• Experience across both backend and frontend development.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development.
• Strong communication skills, able to advocate for the team’s work.
• Working knowledge of the observability ecosystem, especially with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong written communication skills.
