Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and ongoing improvement of health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across multiple countries, balancing local requirements with a consistent philosophy.
• Scope and lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives, such as country expansions and M&A integrations.
• Manage vendor and broker relationships globally, including renewal negotiations.
• Serve as the go-to resource for benefits compliance, monitoring regulatory changes and their impacts.
• Analyze program cost and utilization data for budgeting and recommendations.
• Build benefits education and self-service resources to enhance employee understanding.
• Utilize AI and new tools for reporting, analysis, and employee support.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects independently.
• Understanding of benefits and employment compliance frameworks.
• Experience managing vendors, brokers, or carriers.
• Ability to translate cost and utilization data into actionable recommendations.
• Comfort with adopting new tools, including AI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Judgment and independence in a fast-changing environment.
• A degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
