Overview

Orca Security is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their global HR team, supporting their growing GTM organization across the Americas region. This role aims to align People strategies with business goals, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle for team members across the Americas (US, Canada, and LatAm).
• Act as a trusted advisor for GTM leaders.
• Support culture engagement and organizational design to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Lead and support HR initiatives and programs that facilitate growth, retention, and performance.
• Run talent and succession planning sessions with senior leadership.
• Support headcount planning and associated costs.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to generate actionable insights.
• Coach managers and employees to enhance performance and engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in SaaS/tech companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) employees in Sales, Success, and Marketing.
• Strong understanding of business with the ability to align People strategy with company objectives.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace and HRIS platforms.
• Proactive and able to navigate competing priorities effectively.
