Overview

UiPath is scaling its Healthcare & Life Sciences business across Healthcare Provider organizations and is seeking a Senior Industry Practice Director to define the current and future state of the provider market. This role focuses on applying deep industry knowledge to enhance executive conversations, inform product direction, and develop impactful sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a clear point of view on the Healthcare Provider market, including documenting current activities and identifying trends and use cases.
• Develop a defensible perspective on necessary actions for provider organizations to achieve repeatable outcomes amid challenges.
• Create structured sales narratives for various executive personas like CFO, CIO, and others.
• Analyze opportunity size and work with Sales, Strategy, and Product teams to estimate total addressable market for priority use cases.
• Engage senior leaders across health systems as a peer advisor to drive credibility and decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare with hands-on experience in Provider organizations.
• Experience in leadership roles related to Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, Care Management, or similar.
• Knowledge of EHR interoperability and provider regulatory dynamics.
• Ability to document, synthesize insights, and influence without formal authority.
