Key Responsibilities

Lead product engineering enablement initiatives.
Develop reusable engineering assets and shared frameworks.
Build and maintain software libraries and UI components.
Create starter kits, templates, and reference implementations.
Package engineering standards into practical delivery tools.
Support solution design and software prototyping.
Conduct code reviews and debugging activities.
Drive adoption of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
Enhance observability and software reliability processes.
Promote engineering automation and productivity improvements.
Coach software teams on best practices and implementation approaches.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or a university degree with at least five years of specialized experience.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
International work experience.
Strong software engineering and system design expertise.
Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices environments.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript.
