    Overview

    The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing at Docker is responsible for leading the partner marketing function, shaping comprehensive strategies for marketing to, through, and with partners. Docker, a globally distributed, remote-first team, focuses on building tools for software development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and lead the global partner marketing function: strategy, budget, standards, and operating model.
    • Build and maintain the annual Global Partner Marketing Plan, defining spend allocation and pipeline targets.
    • Serve as the marketing counterpart to alliances leadership and own quarterly planning on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines.
    • Translate partner program requirements into scalable campaigns and manage the partner marketing calendar.
    • Lead partner communications and ensure continuous engagement through the Partner Portal.
    • Govern and optimize Partner Portal content to drive engagement.
    • Own the global Partner MDF program, including program design and ROI reporting.
    • Set and execute Docker's partner event strategy, ensuring successful partner activations.

    Requirements

    • 8+ years in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
    • Leadership experience managing or mentoring marketers.
    • Hands-on experience with partner marketing tools and data-driven operations.
    • Strong communication skills, able to engage with senior leaders and partners.
    • A global mindset with attention to regional nuances.
    • Familiarity with developer tools or cloud-native ecosystems is preferred.
