Overview

1Password is seeking a Senior Manager, Renewals to lead its global renewals function. This remote role supports the retention and expansion of recurring revenue by helping customers realize ongoing value in their subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the renewals team, owning team performance and renewal outcomes.
• Establish standards and systems for predictable renewal processes.
• Manage renewal negotiations with enterprise customers.
• Build partnerships across various departments to resolve risks and capture growth opportunities.
• Oversee the global renewals forecast and collaborate on expansion opportunities.
• Design and improve renewal playbooks and enablement programs.
• Provide insights into renewal performance and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Experience leading renewals or customer success in B2B SaaS.
• Proven record in managing global renewals teams.
• Strong negotiation skills with enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of renewal frameworks, commercial terms, and retention metrics.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar platforms.
• Experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or is a plus if familiar with 1Password.
