Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of strategic partnerships with LLMs, Hyperscalers, AI developer tools, and data platforms.
• Conduct market analysis and due diligence with a focus on quantitative support for new partnerships.
• Negotiate deal structures, including term sheets and revenue commitments.
• Enhance Mixpanel's exposure among strategic partners, developing C-level relationships.
• Collaborate with Channel & Enablement teams on go-to-market execution.
• Manage inbound partner inquiries effectively.
• Work across cross-functional teams to activate partnerships.
• Design unique playbooks with partners, focusing on committed outcomes.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to launch partnerships and campaigns.
• Define and communicate the value proposition in partnerships.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ in strategic technology partnerships or alliances.
• Proven track record in closing structured deals and negotiating terms.
• Fluency in the modern data stack and the AI developer ecosystem.
• Technical proficiency for credible conversations with senior technical leaders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize data for executive-level deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies.
• Capability to create structure within ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to drive alignment.
