Overview

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager to oversee the success of OEM and Technology partners, including the new plugin marketplace. This role encompasses program management, data-driven decision-making, strategic thinking, and relationship management, contributing to the growth of Grafana's partner portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of partner relations from onboarding to activation and renewal.
• Drive operational success and revenue goals for partners through targeted communication and automation.
• Collaborate with Grafana teams to ensure compliance with partnership contracts.
• Create processes to operationalize agreements involving royalty or revenue shares.
• Monitor partner engagement health and satisfaction to assess progress and identify risks.
• Develop automation-driven systems to track program progress and success metrics with partners.
• Navigate OEM partner relationships alongside the Sales and Channel team.
• Communicate upcoming initiatives with partners and internal teams.
• Enhance documentation and create enablement materials based on data insights.
• Implement programs to scale the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing customer/partner portfolios.
• Experience in large-scale support through one-to-many engagements.
• Ability to build automated processes for scaling operations.
• Familiarity with marketplaces and relevant transactions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and process optimization skills.
• Analytical problem-solving capability and creativity.
• Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability.
