Overview
Docker is seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to lead internal and external partner enablement and drive go-to-market (GTM) outcomes across its partner ecosystem. The role involves designing and delivering training, certification, and enablement programs for Docker’s partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve training and certification programs tailored to Docker’s partner community.
- Develop role-based learning paths to enhance partners' knowledge and technical skills.
- Manage certification tracks from curriculum design to ongoing recertification.
- Create a library of partner-specific GTM content including sales plays and competitive positioning materials.
- Administer Docker’s partner enablement infrastructure and improve partner engagement through the platform.
- Equip internal teams with resources for effective partner engagement and pipeline management.
- Track partner readiness KPIs and connect enablement investments to GTM outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement or related fields in a SaaS or technology company.
- Ability to design and deliver scalable partner training programs.
- Experience managing a partner portal or learning management system.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner ecosystem economics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset to connect enablement efforts to GTM results.
