Senior Partner Enablement Manager @Docker

Overview

Docker is seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to lead internal and external partner enablement and drive go-to-market (GTM) outcomes across its partner ecosystem. The role involves designing and delivering training, certification, and enablement programs for Docker’s partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve training and certification programs tailored to Docker’s partner community.
• Develop role-based learning paths to enhance partners' knowledge and technical skills.
• Manage certification tracks from curriculum design to ongoing recertification.
• Create a library of partner-specific GTM content including sales plays and competitive positioning materials.
• Administer Docker’s partner enablement infrastructure and improve partner engagement through the platform.
• Equip internal teams with resources for effective partner engagement and pipeline management.
• Track partner readiness KPIs and connect enablement investments to GTM outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner enablement or related fields in a SaaS or technology company.
• Ability to design and deliver scalable partner training programs.
• Experience managing a partner portal or learning management system.
• Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner ecosystem economics.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset to connect enablement efforts to GTM results.
