Senior Partner Manager, APAC @Algolia

Overview

Algolia is a pioneer and market leader in AI Search, empowering businesses to deliver fast, predictive search experiences. The Senior Partner Manager for APAC will own and execute Algolia's partner strategy across the region, focusing on Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Algolia's partner strategy across APAC.
• Manage a portfolio of consulting partners, systems integrators, technology partners, and cloud partners.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners into the Algolia Partner Program.
• Shape and champion agentic solutions that combine Algolia with technology partners.
• Collaborate with partners to build and market agentic solutions on Algolia.
• Develop joint value propositions with technology partners.
• Inspire partners and customers regarding Algolia's capabilities.
• Guide partners on Algolia's fit in their architectures and solutions.
• Enable partners on Algolia's product and technical capabilities.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies, including joint marketing and technical enablement.
• Collaborate with the APAC General Manager and regional sales leadership to align strategies with revenue goals.
• Maintain pipeline creation and data accuracy for the APAC partner portfolio.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years in a senior Alliance, Channel, or Partner role.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, search/AI architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with agentic AI and relevant accelerator programs.
• Experience with cloud partners (AWS, Microsoft Azure) and major systems integrators.
• Understanding of SaaS software, search/AI, and API-first architectures.
• Proven track record of developing regional partner strategies.
• Experience with Salesforce.com for managing opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven relationship-building skills with long-term partner management.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
