Overview
The Partner Readiness Program Manager operates and optimizes the operating rhythm for enabling NICE partners to sell and deliver high-quality implementations. This role focuses on partner training prioritization, ensuring enablement assets are aligned to partner needs, and collaborating with various teams to ensure partner-led implementations meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the AI COE to run the partner AI readiness program end-to-end.
- Own the readiness dashboard to track partner progress by country, role, and certification.
- Build quarterly coverage plans for training investments.
- Architect modular, segment-specific curriculum for partner readiness.
- Set and enforce readiness gates with PS and Partner Success.
- Streamline post-sale handoffs between different teams.
- Manage operational logistics such as calendars and feedback loops.
- Drive partner sales readiness and conduct practical certifications.
- Keep certified partners updated with new features and guidance.
- Ensure availability of demo environments for training and pre-sales.
Requirements
- 5+ years in partner enablement, partner programs, sales enablement, or program management in B2B SaaS/enterprise software.
- Proven track record in building training programs with measurable outcomes.
- Strong operational rigor in prioritization frameworks and KPI reporting.
- Experience packaging product knowledge into enablement materials.
- Cross-functional experience with Product, Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing across regions.
