Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage key partner recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance in assigned regions.
- Create growth plans for partners and track their development to meet annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with partners on market expansion strategies and sales activities.
- Analyze channel sales data, conduct regular business reviews, and refine sales strategies.
- Support project delivery and customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Independently pursue key enterprise customers to complement channel sales efforts.
- Coordinate resources across teams for effective project implementation.
- Stay updated on market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, particularly in AI, RPA, SaaS, or enterprise automation.
- Experience in channel cooperation models and full-lifecycle partner management.
- Proficient in Cantonese with working English; candidates for the Hong Kong market must be fluent in Cantonese.
- Valid work permit for Chinese Mainland / Hong Kong, with the ability to travel.
- Strong capability in channel operations and direct sales.
- Excellent skills in customer insights, solution presentation, and negotiation.
- Able to analyze data for sales strategy optimization and maintain effective communication across teams.
