Overview

The role involves managing People Operations at Mixpanel, a leading product intelligence and analytics platform. The individual will own HR technology, lead process transformation, and collaborate with various teams to improve operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations programs end-to-end, defining scope, owners, milestones, risks, and success measures.
• Serve as the primary functional owner for core People technology platforms, including configuration and upgrades.
• Lead technology deployments, platform conversions, and module rollouts.
• Research HR technology trends to maintain a People tech roadmap.
• Apply AI tools to improve the People Operations function.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards across HR systems.
• Design a tiered HR support model with clear ownership and service levels.
• Map workflows across People, Payroll, Finance, and IT for efficiency.
• Manage compliance for higher-risk programs.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in People Operations in a high-growth technology environment.
• Functional ownership of HR platforms such as HRIS, ATS, or LMS.
• Experience creating a People technology roadmap and evaluating tools.
• Documented redesign of people processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Influenced cross-functional partners in adopting new workflows.
• Applied structured project management practices across initiatives.
• Established data governance standards in HR systems.
• Managed compliance programs proactively.
• Effective communication across various organizational levels.
