Overview
Twilio is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst - Talent Acquisition to gather requirements, design solutions, test functionalities, and provide configuration support across the recruit-to-hire employee lifecycle for its remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR stakeholders.
- Lead follow-up requirements gathering clarification and demos to ensure business outcomes are achieved.
- Analyze existing talent acquisition systems and workflows for improvement.
- Configure, design, and implement solutions across TA platforms.
- Develop functional design documents and use cases tailored to candidate sourcing and onboarding.
- Define test strategies and author UAT scripts, coordinating testing cycles with recruiters.
- Manage testing activities, ensuring quality delivery across the hiring tech stack.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Act as the liaison between TA business units and People Technology Product Managers.
- Create user guides and documentation for new features, facilitating training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology/business systems analysis focused on Talent Acquisition applications.
- Expertise in supporting core recruitment systems such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, and Workday.
- Strong expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business analysis methodologies.
- Experience with internal and external audit teams and understanding of SOX controls.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of HR processes related to recruitment and compliance.
