Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clarity on direction, scope, and impact for individual projects, translating research insights into workflows, visual design, and detailed interactions.
• Convey a strategic perspective with conviction, informed by business and market insights.
• Break down and sequence work into executable deliverables, planning for iteration and continuous improvement.
• Create innovative and systematic design solutions that meet high usability and aesthetic standards.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to bring products from initial definition through shipping and beyond.
• Combine insights from multiple sources into cohesive design recommendations, using data to inform design decisions.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer with a portfolio demonstrating ownership of design work across the full product lifecycle.
• Experience with core UX methods, including user research, synthesizing insights, creating user flows, and producing wireframes and prototypes.
• Experience with interaction and visual design, and knowledge of design systems.
• Ability to design responsive, mobile-first experiences informed by user research and data insights.
• Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma and FigJam.
• Ability to communicate design rationale and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including PMs, engineers, and researchers.
• Incorporates AI into the design process to speed up prototyping and explore new concepts.
