Senior Product Designer, Securities @Bitpanda

Overview

Bitpanda is a fintech company on a mission to democratize finance for over 7 million users. The Senior Product Designer for Securities & Commodities will lead the design of user journeys for investment products, focusing on equities, derivatives, commodities, and real-world assets (RWAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end trading and investment interfaces across mobile and web platforms, aiming to increase customer engagement and monetization.
• Translate complex financial mechanics into accessible, user-friendly experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to improve key performance indicators.
• Contribute to the design architecture to ensure high-quality, consistent experience across all investment areas.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Legal teams to shape the product roadmap ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Strong background in Product/UX/UI Design, with experience in fintech, brokerage, or wealth management.
• Proficiency in Figma, rapid prototyping, and interaction design.
• Skilled in behavioral analytics, A/B testing, and funnel metrics.
• Experience in fast-paced, regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer empathy.
