Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end trading and investment interfaces across mobile and web platforms.
• Translate complex financial mechanics into accessible user journeys.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to improve KPIs.
• Contribute to scalable design architecture, ensuring high UX standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Legal teams to shape product roadmap and implement compliant features.

Requirements

• Strong background in Product/UX/UI Design within fintech, brokerage, or wealth management.
• Proficient in Figma, rapid prototyping, and interaction design.
• Experience with behavioral analytics, A/B testing, and funnel metrics.
• Track record in fast-moving, regulated environments.
• Strong customer empathy and stakeholder management skills.
