Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Drive complex technical initiatives across Angular/TypeScript product experiences, managing scope and technical risk.
• Design data models and services, build backend changes, and create seamless frontend experiences.
• Write exemplary TypeScript and full-stack code to maintain scalable and maintainable systems.
• Coordinate timelines and dependencies while fostering continuous delivery momentum across teams.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer challenges effectively.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, strong in TypeScript and modern frontend development (preferably Angular).
• Proven track record of owning complete technical initiatives across frontend and backend.
• Understanding of service-oriented architectures, REST APIs, and cloud services like AWS.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly across teams.

Location

This is a remote position; however, team members are expected to collaborate in-person three days a week in the office located in Toronto.
