Senior Product Manager, AI @NICE Ltd.

Overview

The role involves leading the definition and hands-on creation of AI-native Customer Experience solutions at NiCE. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for shaping AI capabilities across the NiCE CX platform to enhance customer interactions and automate outcomes at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify market and customer problems through research and engagement, turning insights into working prototypes.
• Drive AI-first product strategy, ensuring AI is a foundational component of outcomes.
• Use prototypes to explore solutions and accelerate time-to-value.
• Deliver clear roadmaps and strategic plans based on validated concepts.
• Champion customer experience excellence through experimentation and feedback.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams.
• Lead data-driven decision-making using analytics and model performance insights.
• Bring innovation and hands-on AI fluency to product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software product management experience with enterprise-grade solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered or automation-centric products.
• Strong technical understanding to prototype solutions.
• Experience influencing global stakeholders and functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate concepts into product artifacts.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with GenAI tools, knowledge of AI/ML concepts, and experience with cloud architectures.

Location

This position follows the NiCE-FLEX hybrid model, requiring 2 days from the office and 3 days of remote work each week, based in Israel.
