Senior Product Manager, Scaled Spend Control @Float

Overview

Float is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Scaled Spend Control squad within its Spend Management pillar. This role involves overseeing product strategies and execution to enhance financial operations for Canadian businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the squad's roadmap, including product strategy and execution.
• Manage spend programs, budget controls, and reporting platforms.
• Incorporate AI into reporting and automate month-end reconciliation workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce friction in B2B workflows.
• Engage directly with finance leaders to understand their control and visibility needs.
• Define metrics and assess behavior changes related to budget adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL.
• Demonstrated ownership of product outcomes.
• Experience in product judgment and workflow analysis.
• Curiosity about AI and its applications in product management.
• Nice to have: experience in fintech or related financial systems.

Location
