Senior Product Manager, Treasury @Juniper Square

Overview

Juniper Square is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager for the Treasury domain within its private markets platform. This role involves defining the vision and strategy for complex product areas that facilitate money movement for fund managers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the Treasury roadmap by defining the vision and multi-quarter strategy.
• Ship end-to-end, taking problems from discovery through delivery, getting projects planned, and inspiring ownership among team members.
• Engage with customers to gain insights and refine strategic direction.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams including engineering, design, and compliance to ensure effective execution.
• Build AI-native workflows to enhance document processing and automated reconciliation.
• Simplify complex treasury operations and deliver user-friendly solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to own complex product areas through strategy and execution.
• Fluency with modern AI tools, including a comfort level with LLMs, Cursor, and Claude Code.
• Experience shipping AI-driven features with an emphasis on trust and accuracy.
• Demonstrated autonomy with a solid track record of setting vision and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills for articulating product decisions clearly.
• Nice to have: Background in treasury, payments, or banking; familiarity with banking integrations; experience in building workflows with AI capabilities.
