Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software, focusing on enhancing customer experiences. The company is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Agent Empowerment to blend storytelling, strategy, and technology in its investment in agent empowerment applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling messaging that differentiates Five9's agent empowerment solutions.
• Own the go-to-market strategy for agent empowerment products, including positioning and launch planning.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to create impactful narratives and training materials.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on competitive landscape and provide sales guidance.
• Create high-impact content such as presentations, videos, and enablement tools.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with demand generation and brand teams.
• Work with product management to understand product vision and customer insights.
• Represent Five9 at various industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of product marketing experience in CX, CCaaS, agent assist, AI co-pilot, or knowledge management solutions.
• Strong storytelling, messaging, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring attention to detail.

Location

This role is fully remote for candidates residing outside a 30-mile radius of any Five9 office. Candidates within the radius will work in a hybrid model, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
