Senior Professional Services Engineer (Day Shift) @NICE Ltd.

Overview

The Senior Professional Services Engineer at NiCE is a customer-facing, billable role responsible for delivering specialized expertise and solutions for NiCE products and services. This role involves consulting, implementing, configuring, and optimizing NiCE applications for enterprise contact centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations from pilot to full deployment, ensuring scalable CX and AI solutions.
• Configure and develop NICE solutions, including ACD, IVR, ASR, AI, and CRM integrations.
• Integrate systems seamlessly across CRMs, APIs, and customer ecosystems.
• Collaborate with project managers to design and oversee end-to-end project rollouts.
• Manage system lifecycle development and change control processes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on NICE products during client consultations.
• Guide successful launches by supporting testing, UAT, and post-deployment optimization.
• Supervise junior team members and subcontracted personnel during projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year with digital channels or AI applications.
• Proven expertise in configuring contact center technologies and handling large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with generative AI models, NLU techniques, and trends in digital customer engagement.
• Strong analytical mindset, interpersonal skills, and accountability.
