Overview

The role of Senior Software Engineer at NiCE involves joining the Mobius team, which is responsible for managing and transforming data that powers NIA analytics within a scalable enterprise platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services using C#.
• Develop and optimize high-volume ETL and data ingestion pipelines.
• Design, tune, and maintain complex Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Troubleshoot performance challenges across large-scale distributed systems.
• Investigate customer-facing production issues and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams that depend on Mobius-managed data.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to analyze requirements, accelerate coding, review implementations, and create automated testing strategies.
• Contribute to new feature development, platform enhancements, and architectural improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong C# / .NET backend development experience.
• 4+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience in production environments.
• Experience with query optimization, performance tuning, database partitioning, resolving I/O and latch contention issues.
• Experience building high-volume data processing systems and working with ETL solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
