Key Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and build SRE platform systems with cutting-edge AI, treating them as product solutions for other engineering teams.
• Participate in livesite monitoring rotations and manage escalations to minimize customer impact.
• Drive improvements on availability, scalability, and performance based on live site experiences.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet expectations for reliability and quality, implementing necessary architectural changes.
• Facilitate onboarding of teams onto your platforms by actively engaging in integration and removing friction.
• Solicit feedback continuously and iterate on product designs based on user interactions.
• Manage task planning, scheduling, and staffing.
• Influence process improvements across the engineering organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience architecting and engineering large-scale, distributed applications.
• Experience with large internal platforms that serve multiple teams effectively.
• Ability to enhance system adoption through direct involvement and integration efforts.
• Experience with AI-powered applications in production.
• Proficient in object-oriented programming languages like C#, C++, Go, or Python.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiar with service-oriented architecture and microservices.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and database backends.
