    Overview

    The role of Senior Solutions Consultant at Docebo involves strategically architecting complex mid-market solutions using AI to change how people learn at work. The consultant engages with multi-stakeholder landscapes and C-level executives to align technical requirements with transformative learning visions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead solution design and customer engagement on high-value enterprise opportunities.
    • Engage confidently with VP and C-level stakeholders, addressing political dynamics and objections.
    • Conduct deep discovery sessions to uncover key decision-makers and business requirements.
    • Advise Account Executives to navigate organizations and build competitive business cases.
    • Build partnerships with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to inform global strategy.
    • Support junior Solutions Consultants through coaching and creating impactful resources.

    Requirements

    • Experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting within the SaaS landscape.
    • Familiarity with LMS/learning technology or adjacent SaaS industries.
    • Strong understanding of architecture, APIs, SSO, and HRIS integrations.
    • Proven ability to simplify complex technical solutions for executive audiences.
    • Proficient in managing multi-stakeholder deals in a competitive environment.
    • Leadership skills with a focus on knowledge sharing and excellence in the Solutions Consultant organization.

    Location
