Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Owning technical engagement with customers and assisting in closing complex opportunities.
• Delivering product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
• Driving product conversations based on customer needs and challenges.
• Enhancing documentation, writing blog posts, recording videos, and creating enablement material.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Technical mindset with a desire for personal growth.
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Must be located in France.
