Overview

The role involves working with Grafana Labs, a remote company known for its observability platform, Grafana Cloud. This position is aimed at experienced candidates who will serve as the bridge between customers and the technical teams while providing solutions tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition and strategy to customers.
• Own technical engagements with customers to close complex opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape to internal teams.
• Drive product conversations with customers based on specific needs.
• Enhance documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles and other materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to solve technical challenges and provide creative solutions.
• Technical mindset with a desire for growth.
• Must be located in Israel.
