Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition to customers.
• Owning the technical engagement with customers and assisting in closing complex opportunities.
• Delivering product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams to provide product feedback.
• Driving product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Enhancing documentation and contributing to knowledge base articles and other enablement materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Technical mindset with a desire for growth.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential.
• Must be located in Spain.
