Overview

Grafana Labs, the company behind Grafana Cloud, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer. This role involves working with a global team to educate and support customers, while helping to drive the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Owning technical engagement with customers to close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge.
• Delivering product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Providing feedback on products and the competitive landscape to internal teams.
• Driving product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Enhancing documentation and contributing to knowledge base articles and other enablement materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills for various assignments.
• First class written and oral communication skills for collaboration with remote teams and customers.
• Problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to challenges.
• Technical mindset and a desire for technical growth.
• Must be located in Sweden.
