Grafana Labs, the company behind Grafana Cloud, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer. The role offers the opportunity to join a growing team, where you will educate potential and existing customers on Grafana's offerings and ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Join a high-growth team to address technical and customer problems effectively.
• Work with the Sales team to convey Grafana's value proposition and strategy to customers.
• Manage technical engagements with customers and support the closing of high-velocity opportunities.
• Deliver presentations to customers about products and technical solutions.
• Maintain communication with customers and internal teams to provide product feedback and insights.
• Engage with customers to drive product conversations based on their needs.
• Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Located on the West Coast of the US (preferably).
• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, especially with open-source technologies or in the metrics/monitoring space.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills are necessary due to the varied nature of startup duties.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate with an international team and articulate technical advantages.
• Ability to solve technical challenges creatively and a desire for technical growth.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
