    Overview

    NiCE is seeking an experienced Services Program Manager with expertise in delivering large-scale, complex technology programs in the financial services domain. This role involves program governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership for Actimize delivery programs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the complete delivery lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
    • Govern program execution across multiple workstreams ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
    • Prepare and deliver executive-level program updates and governance reports.
    • Manage escalations and drive corrective action plans to closure.
    • Identify program risks, conflicts, and mitigation plans proactively.
    • Collaborate with global teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies.
    • Ensure compliance with NiCE processes, delivery frameworks, and Code of Ethics.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 10+ years of hands-on technology experience.
    • Minimum 5+ years of project/program management experience.
    • Experience leading large-scale enterprise Cloud Migration programs.
    • PMP or Prince2 certification is mandatory.
    • Strong expertise with MS Project and understanding of SDLC (Waterfall).
    • Experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets / Investment Banking.
    • NiCE Actimize experience is preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
